This spring I am entering the baby quilt I made for my third granddaughter. Since she is child #4 in a family with three older brothers, her quilt had to be PINK! I found the daisy fabric first (Spring Fling by David Walker)
and built from there with Moda Marbles and fabrics from Simply Baby by Windham. The binding is white Frosted Dots from Lakehouse.

I love this quilt from when I saw it before and I still love it now. There is something wonderful about the way the colours work so well together and I really like that quilting!! Great work!

Wow, I love the colors, the simple effect, and most of all, your idea of using the serpentine stitch to do the quilting. It adds that tiny, subtle bit of flair to an otherwise very gentle quilt.

This is VERY sweet - I love the quilting too, that's my favorite stitch! I like how it gets both sides of the seam, so quick.

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my quilt! Yes, it's my first but i've been sewing for a long time! Thanks for the idea of using special stitches but quilting straight. I never thought of that! I am still experimenting with free motion but i'm not ready to subject one of my new quilts to my free motion technique!
